When I run Revo Uninstaller there is no icon that shows up in the dock for it. Also, before I can run Revo, there's a Windows confirmation dialog that pops up asking for me to continue, and no icon for this shows up either. Could someone fix this?

Or, here: http://www.convertico.com/ will upload the png from your computer and convert it to an ico file. 
Or, you could use Icon Developer to convert to icon. It's a Stardock Product Doc may not know about....hehe.... 
Lets re-evaluate. Are you saying that when you start the program that it does not put a running icon on the dock? Do you have a shortcut for Revo on the dock, or are you running it from another shortcut? A little clarity might help you get a better answer. 
(plus a little consideration shown for those who do try to help would go a long way!)
Sorry for my briefness. I do appreciate the posts and those of you who are trying to help me in this situation. Thank you.
So to clarify: I'm running Revo from my desktop, so there is no shortcut pinned to the dock. When I run Revo, a windows User Account Control window appears, but no icon in the dock shows up (not even a space for it; the dock is unaffected). After I confirm the action to open Revo, Revo then starts up, but no icon appears for it either, not even a space. It's as if ObjectDock isn't even picking up on this application being open.
What gives?
Write to support@stardock.com . They will be able to troubleshoot your problem. Remember, wait for an actual person to respond. If after say, 3-4 days (weekend not included) you don't get a reply - then write again.
