[Suggestion] Add an option to not -auto pin starbases

It's been a while since I played Sins but this annoys me to no end. I like to use the empire tree in a very lean fashion but every planet with a starbase auto pins to it. This makes it unnecessarily bloated and really annoying to keep track of what I actually want to look at. On large long maps where starbase support is a huge boon, it renders the empire tree useless.

Would be nice. Pinning and unpinning planets is all you really need.

I agree with the OP.  The auto-pinning of SBs can be annoying.  In fact, I'd like an option titled "no auto-pinning at all, period".  If I want something pinned, I'll do it myself.
