Is there a basic window blinds skin?

Is there a skin which looks exactly like explorer, but still has roll up and lock on top buttons? It's nice to have a fancy looking desktop, but it's also nice to have a plain one too sometimes, especially for programs like photoshop and homesite. anyone know of a really plain one?

You could make one really easily. If you download SkinStudio and start with the basic template you'll basically have exactly what your asking for. Just add those extra buttons and your done. There is a skin in the GUI Olympics category called Army1. It is close to what you want, but you should give SkinStudio a try .

Check out "Win2k Extended" by Mercury. I think that's the name... There's also a tan colored one called "Win2k Extended Desert" It's the basic Windows look with lots of extra features. It won 2nd place in the last Windowblinds contest. (if my memory is correct)
