So I accepted Karavox's surrender, thus gaining a new champion for the Tarth kingdom and cause. Next turn I bought him a horse but obviously the shop keeper cheated me. Poor Karavox spent the rest of the game riding his gopher.
That'll teach me to hand over the gildar before inspecting the goods.
Happens almost every time you "Buy and equip" a horse. Sometimes happens even if you do it in two steps. Reloading fixes the problem.
So far it has happened to every single sov that surrenders to me when I equip them with a horse. Makes me want to just throw them off in some corner of the world and not even look at them.
Could this be related to the bug, I reported recently? After all, the graphic glitch appeared with my units after I was defeated, too.
Pretty sure it isn't the same bug. I see this one quite often, but never your case Deggial. I think this is a bug when the sovereign is changed into a hero... they just sink into the ground whenever you try to equip them with a mount. Reloading fixes it.
