Luckily if you look in beta 3 known issues, they have taken note of the their OPness and looks like they are giving a nerf to them.
U r all blind. U cant see real problem whith is VL. Comparte to them VR are easy.
All u can do is bann. this is beta , we need to explore , explot races to maximum so devs get info need for proper balance.

I personally don't think VL is op thats just my thing. And even then we're talking about the VR not the VL right now. Theres no point in bringing them up when we are talking about the Rebels.

No because there is no reason to defend something which does not exist. This was brought up because there was concern over the Vasari rebels being overpowered. Not the Vasari loyalist, as far as im concerned you're an idiot.
I wish the VL were buffed. The Rebels are way easier to play atm, imo hands down.

Vorastra needs love, Kultorask needs unlove, and VL are pretty OP when they go half-mobile. Leave a few worlds with Orkies, factories, and Kosturas on them but wipe out the rest and max out your fleet supply and capitals via phase gates.

I was playing Vasari Loyalist against vicious AIs and had planet eating tech in just under 14 minutes.
After sending egg to the center of galaxy to yet uncontested worlds I was able to build 14 caps + titan in just under 45 minutes mark with manually purchasing caps lvls to lvl 4. After that I am unstoppable no fleet that AI can field can contest my fleet.
Never tried this strategy on multi player but having 14 lvl4 caps + titan in 45 minutes ...... Devs might want to look into that as well.
PS if I had 2 Capital ship factories I might shave 10 minutes out of final time when I had max cap ships and titan.
LOL. VL can be OP. However in 5s, most likely you will be on the flank. You can't really build 5 civ lab and teching that early. You will need deal with Corvettes rush and stuff on the flank. But if you in the mid, VL can definitely be very nasty. Eat all the planet that are not on the trading route, setting up your trade extremely fast and then mass fleet. On the other hand tho, I guess then it is a good thing that Vasari Loyalist titan is weak. Kinda balance things out a bit.

VL are actually more powerful. They only thing that gives Vasari Rebels the edge is that they can rush a starbase and jump so quickly.
I'm pretty sure this means it's the end of the universe again but I completely agree with Qu4r here.
