Rebellion Replays

Hey ya'll. I haven't played SOASE in quite a while, and finally bought the Rebellion expansion with beta access. What I'm wondering is, has anyone uploaded any ICO replays for Rebellion? I'd really like to see how the new additions have changed the game; it'd make getting back to ICO all the easier. Thank you.

In the listed initial updates for the Rebellion Beta, there are references to ICO updates. Take a look there.

Thank you, I'm reading those as well. I'd just like to see some multiplayer rounds to better understand the expansion, if anyone has recorded any. :)

Swordsalmon, there HAS been a few good replays posted (see 421681 & 423929).  BUT the problem is: the patchs keep coming so fast (with significant changes).  And, that you can't replay the older versions!

So, don't expect that you will see too many replays yet, and if you see one, you need to hop on it fast, before it becomes obsolete.

There are a few good Diplomacy 1.34 replays around, and they will help a little, if you are rusty.

Thanks, I might give the Diplo replays a look. I don't think it's been that long, so I'd think the biggest changes are those in Rebellion. ^_^

Though I've gotten around and tried a 1v1 against an Unfair TEC Rebel (Random), with myself as a TEC Loyalist. What I've noticed so far is that at least the TEC Ankylon Titan is not nearly as game-changing as I thought, which is a relief. I really like it; the Titan is supporting the fleet, instead of the other way around.

Though my main concern is with Corvettes. Those little ships are really strong for their cost and fleet supply, and can attack everything in the game. In my fleet, they've completely replaced the LRFs as primary damage-dealers. Being able to handle SC and frigates is a huge benefit.

Otherwise, things seem pretty normal for TEC. My fleet is still primarily flak and Hoshis (As they were before I stopped online play), and the new Loyalist technologies seem really underwhelming. Has this been typical for online play, at least for TEC players?

Please PM me if anyone has any current version Rebellion replays. I really need to watch some replays of skilled players so I can better grasp the fundamentals of the game.
