[BUG] Windowed mode does not support different resolutions

I setup the game to be in my normal resolution of 1600x900....when I switch to windowed mode, the "window" of course takes up the entire screen...while annoying, this does make sense...after all, the size of my screen is 1600x900...

So, I tried changing the resolution while in windowed mode...but that doesn't do anything...selecting a new resolution does not resize the window nor change the resolution of the game...all it does is have the pop-window that says something like "Click accept to confirm changes or they will be canceled"...

Changing the resolution while in normal (non-windowed) mode, and then switching to windowed mode does not help either....even if I start in a lower resolution (lets say 1024x768), and then go to windowed mode, the resolution will automatically revert to my native 1600x900...

These actions seem to be independent of whether I use the hotkey or toggle in the options menu...

This problem has been around since the first Beta, but I didn't really think to bring it up till now....

Changing the windowed resolution size in the user settings file does seem to work, so it is possible that this was intentional...

Changing a settings text file isn't all that hard...I can live with that, so if its intentional then no big deal...but if it's not intentional I figured it'd bring it to the devs' attention....

You can freely resize the window just by dragging the border, maximizing it, etc. No need to use the resolution options when in windowed mode.

My biggest problem with that method is that your window size is not saved upon exitting the game...this is particularly problematic when you are constantly opening and closing the game (a result of the dev.exe no longer supporting real time updating of changed files)...

Like I said earlier, editing the settings file is so bad, I was just wondering if this was intentional (which I am assuming now that it is)...

That and the mouse cursor doesn't change to the typical double-headed arrow when hovering over the window border. But you can still resize it.
