More information and a little clarity would be good.
What is it doing or not doing?
Some icons or every icon?
Some packages or all? Which ones?
Not all the desktop icons are changing, and almost none on my hard drive. If I try it again... one or two more will change. The version I am using is the lastest one. A tech told me that the version I was using before 3.1 enhance was not compatible with windows 7 home edition. It's different for each package.. All packages, not one package does what it is supposed to do..thanks
Ok I gave you a little more clarity and more information... did you go on vacation... ??? lol

After reading the OP....
I assume you're talking about changing all the icons via Icon Packager?
That's a known problem but some of the icons should have changed.
I find that many times ,almost without exception, That I must click on the settings tab in IconPackager, then click on "Rebuild Icon Cache" ....not just once, but at least a couple times before all my icons finally change and display properly. I wish there was an easier fix for this , but this is how I've been dealing with it over the past year or so. -- Ace --
I have a similar problem. I have used IconPackager since years (always in the current version), no difficulties. Recently I changed from Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit to 64bit. Now installing an icon package changes all icons first, but after one or two days here and there are again some original yellow folders. "Rebuild Icon Cache" helps, but again only for one or two days. I was so annoyed finally that I uninstalled IconPackager.
Well, I know that it is a known problem, but very long known and no solution yet! My suscribtion ends in July and I'm wondering if I should extend it.
Icon Packager for Win 7 64 bit could definitely use some love!
Well since this is an old questions and there doesn't seem to be any help forthcoming, I will manually change the ones on my desktop. I believer that they should come out with an update to fix the problem.. I have spend almost $20 for one program that doesn't work correctly. and it was originally under $10 Patsy38
