I was playing a game yesterday I was not able to to capture any of my opponents planet with the titans 6th ability. Kept giving me a "Cannot capture a artifice planet". It gave me this error with 7 planets.

Yes is because this planet have an artifact :D, is a simple way to check if on this planet have a artifact :p.


You CANT CAPTURE A PLANET WITH ARTIFACT AND HOME PLANET.

Artifact planet means the one you need to capture in order to achieve OCCUPATION VICTORY. Not random planet which happens to have artifact on the surface.

So if you cant capture any planet, which is not either this occupation planet or capital, its clearly broken and will be fixed.

I see the same bug, it identifies EVERY planet as THE artifact planet.  Definately a bug.

Repossession ability is bugged and doesn't work. It used to be able to be used to instantly capture the Artifact planet and Capital under those special victory conditions. When the devs tried to fix/change that - they made it so that now it can't capture any planets. I'm sure they are aware and a fix will hopefully be in the next patch. By the way - are you the same g0dAr1es from gr.org/Dow II?
