OD and Chrome

I installed OD free today on my 64bit Win7 machine, and I really like it.  However, it won't work with my Google Chrome.

 

If Chrome is already open, then the shortcut on OD will work just fine.  But if I open a window from OD, and Chrome isn't already open, then I just get an error page.  If I open Chrome from the Start Menu it starts fine.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?  I put up a pic of the settings for that shortcut in OD.

 

Also have a problem where programs that are minimized, and then brought back to size via the OD, are not brought back to full size.  This applies to all programs on the OD.  Is there a fix for that?

So Chrome randomly started working.  Although the issue with not opening at maximized size is still present.

Are they always restored to the same size?
