Would Thsi Still Work If....

Install Start8, and OD2.... Use Task Manager to kill Start8 (since it has no "off" option)

Click on the OD2 Start Menu Icon... Voila!

You can stop Start8 by running it again.

However I am unsure what you are trying to do here.

Could you explain exactly what you are wanting to happen and what isn't working for you now?
