Tar is buged

Truce among rogues is bugged.

When i reserched it it didnt work on some planets.

Usualy it buged on moons.

Also it doesnt work sometimes  on planets where my fag ships or my all ships were killing  pirates before i reserched tar.

I had the same thing happen to me. On most planets it worked fine, but on one planet the defenders started attacking my Colony frigate and I was forced to move a small fleet in to deal with the little scumbags before being able to colonize the planet.

I've posted about this, it has to do with the faction called Eta Sector Remnants, a neutral TEC faction, with the name of the Vasari from occupation. Not sure why its doing it probably just a faction error.

I think you are right that it only happened with the faction you mentioned. If they removed the Eta Sector Remnants from the "normal" planets and left them just on the Occupation Victory planet, the problem is solved. Shouldn't take more than an hour of work at max. Understandable why they attack you now, because otherwise the Rebels can't take that Artifact planet.
