Bugs in Rebellion

I was recently playing my first game in the beta. I played on a large map, 3 star systems, against 7 npc. 3 medium 4 hard.I played as TEC rebel faction.

The game victory condition had been set to win only by destroying the capital city. The only problem is that the computer would loose the game before any damage was done to their homeworld. I had on 3 separate occasions attacked either a planet before their homeworld or a system which contained a majority of their force. And the moment one capital ship was destroyed, I don't know if it was their first one, then the message would show that they had lost. This happened to 2 of 3 npc's in my star system. It may have happened to a third npc in my system but I did not see it as the other npc's took it out. Either way two ncp capitals were still alive and well in my home system after the game announced that they are dead.

Secondly, I don't know if this is a bug but it was the first time I have seen it happen. Late in the game I had random ships appear in my homeworld system. This may be a feature to the TEC Rebel faction but I found it to be more of an annoyance since my ships at this point were no longer in that star system and it was easier and more importantly quicker to build them in a planetary system closer to the fleet.

Lastly the Titans are awesome. Thanks for making them exist.

Its the Insurgency tech for TEC tier 8. Has been there since the beginning. I think it needs improvement for the Rebels and may work that into the Distant Stars Mod.

Alright I have one more bug to add.

Its very similar to the one posted above. I set the game winning conditions to destroying the flag ship and only that. I destroyed the first 2 races in my star system (in a huge 5 star system random with full npc's) When I get to the last one he by this time has lost the game, it was just supposed to be a mop up but he still has his Flagship. Again the NPC decided that he has lost long before he had actually lost. I was wondering why I was not getting attacked by him at all but it was just that his ships stopped moving right in the system before attacking mine.

Also @ Ryat. Yea I found it in the diplomacy tree. It was the very last one. I guess near an end game I just clicked research all without reading them. Thanks. The second game I am playing I did not select it. Though I wonder I am trying to get a Capital ship only win. I started with 2 scouts and I just built the new ship which is able to capture (board) other ships will I still get the Achievement for capital ships only or will it be voided due to capturing frigates.

And another one. Again on my second playthrough with capital ships only on a huge 5 star system map.

Moved my fleet, (one titan, 3 kol, 3 dreadnaughts, 2 duncov, 1 corsev, 1 akkon) into a new system. It was a moon system once I destroyed everything and was ready to move out I noticed 2 of my ships. ( a Kol and Dreadnaught) had disappeared. They still listed as active and their fighter craft still existed. But the ships themselves had just left.

I moved my main fleet to the next planet system. and tried to focus on those two ships it would just take me to an empty piece of space. No matter how mush i would zoom in or out no stars and planets would appear. Also the ships themselves were not present in this area. Maybe the ships no-clipped their way out of the map??.

Also I assume the fighters they were carrying had docked with them since i could not move them. I did destroy them and rebuild them but they did not reaper on the map.

The AI is capable of surrendering before any of the victory/defeat conditions are met, especially if another player had a big advantage.

I have 3 new bugs

The first one appear me at the end of the game (allied victory only) when the sing of victory appear sound "victory" and I clicked fast into continue playing but the sound restart again and again, I tried to click into a ship, to force the game to stop the sound, but when the 'selection sound' stops the sound "victory" continues again and again.

Secondly when your corsev battlecruiser has demoition team the animation of the ability is always active (the orange semicircles and the orange bright in the side)

The last bug is a bit stupid an it's on the trinity 1.34 too. When you select the civic research station on the picture of the bottom-center of the gui appear the military lab and backwards

Sorry for my english I'm not native.

@GoaFan77

My problem is that the NPC had the clear advantage. I had to leave after loosing 2 capital ships and most others were heavily damaged to the point were they were going to be dead in a few moments. I had to rebuild then attack when they were now weakened. Then I came back and defeated them. With a little trouble but they had not been able to rebuild even though they had the ability to do so.

More importantly this fleet did not engage me other then when I originally took over the planet which separated our two empires. After that I did not engage them for almost 3 hours of game play (maybe more) because I expanded in the opposite direction of their empire. For most of that time they were still very active. They only showed as a defeated empire within 20-40 min of me getting to them.
