Corsev boarding party not capturing enemy ships

Whenever I use the boarding party skill, the enemy ship always dies as normal, rather than bringing the ship under my control as per the tooltip.

They are not captured automatically. From what I know there is chance they will take the vessel after a short ammount of time for your faction or the boarding party will die trying, also make sure its not sending a demolition team instead of a boarding party.

I tested this out some and made a post about the topic.

To summarize ships hit with boarding party are not receiving any kind of boarded status and after several attempts I was unable to capture a single ship.  Corsev had only the boarding party ability.

ALso played with the Corsev today. That ability is definitely not working as intended.
