True, but Lavo's point was that the frigate target object also includes corvettes. Why there are abilities that contain both "Corvette" and "Frigate" as target objects, no one seems to know because it appears to be redundant.

It's already been discussed at great length, and as far as I'm conncerned the reasoning is purely string related...under the illusion that corvettes are "special" objects, including them in every target filter causes them to appear on the infocards for any ability that targets them...if you just used the frigate object, then the infocards would only say "frigates", not "frigates, corvettes"...since corvettes are frigates this may seem nonsensical or redundant, but since there are abilities that specifically target only corvettes, I can see players getting confused based off of infocard descriptions...
