At this point, after spending a massive amount of time with the Beta..

With the problems around the EWoM Box set with many people having to get them resent out due to not arriving, and others getting 2,3 even 4 copies I believe this went out the window.

Nah, The company that previously miss-handled it should be tossed out the window. The idea of value added, tangible product should not. Partner with outfits who can get er done. Assign a dedicated manager to bring all the parts together. Where there's a will, there's a way.
