Is it possible to use animated gif as a user icon. Running w2000 with OB. Or...is there a way to create animated .ico file?

In the Windows XP you can't have animated gif as a user icon. I don't know about OB.
About animated .ico file, I don't think that there is any utility to allow you the use of animated .ico. (In MacOS there are some utilities, but they slow down the perfomance of your computer).

OK...seems like one can't use it with OB.
I got this idea after I saw an animated bitmap in "XP silver english edition" for Desktop X, by MAC06.
If someone has ideas....
