Help with WB3

I run WinXP with WB 3 registered. Everytime I reboot while using a WB 3 skin my taskbar shows up collapsed. I have to grab the taskbar resize to pull it up. I don't have the taskar set to hidden. Someone please help if you can.

IS it all skins, or just a certain one? What skin are you running?

This appears to be a common problem. I have it myself, and I've had others complain about it.
