[BUG] Champion Recruitment prequest vs research

When on map I get this message when hovering over a champion:

 

However when I look at my reseach, I get this tool tip, so I DO have that, and more. Also (you cant see that here) my mouse hovers over the icon with the crown, not the little white man but I get the tooltip for the man... that must be wrong too.

Just found out that the champion is lvl 9 actually (by double clicking her)... not lvl 5, so its just the tooltip thats showing the wrong thing :).
