[0.86 Typo] Retire screen typo

This has been present since at least .75.  If you quit the game by hitting the Retire button, you get this message:

Tireing is not a word.  If it were, it would perhaps refer to putting new tires on a vehicle.  As it is not, the word you want is tiring.
