[.85 UI] Arrow keys scroll map instead of moving stack

In most games of this nature the arrow keys will scroll the map. I tend to play with one hand on the arrow keys for map movement and the other on the mouse for unit commands. It is really annoying when you accidentally move a unit where you don't want to because of this. Perhaps a setting in the options.

By the way, even with no stacks selected the arrow keys will still move a stack. This must be a bug.

Agreed, both on the arrow keys and on the "no unit selected but arrows still move them" bug.  Also, I'm pretty sure the numpad buttons don't always moves units where you would think they would move them (9 moved a stack straight up).

lol, when I saw the thread title I thought this was going to be a suggestion to have the arrow keys move stacks, and I was going to laugh at you and make derogatory comments for such a crazy idea. Didn't realize it's actually already this way... So yeah, I agree. I'm sure someone does (there's always someone) but can't imagine using the arrow keys to move units in anything other than games where you're only controlling a single thing. For moving units on a strategic map.. No.
