Windowblinds not autorunning on Windows 7

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find a post that answered the question.

I got a new laptop with Windows 7 a couple of days ago, yesterday I installed WindowBlinds 7, it seemed to be working fine but today when I started it I got the boring Windows 7 interface and WindowBlinds isn't running.

Anyone know why it isn't running, or how to make it autorun at startup?

It's actually supposed to start already running.  Do you have any protection software running?  Try adding exceptions for WindowBlinds and see if that helps.

You can also contact support@stardock.com and we can look a little deeper at what's happening.

Which interface did you get (Classic, Aero, Aero basic) and which skin did you have applied?

Could you have some other app running that alters themes and may be applying Aero at startup?

I'm using Comodo Firewall, which doesn't seem to cause a problem on my desktop PC which is running the same version of WindowBlinds.

It doesn't seem to matter which theme I use it just doesn't run, the laptop is a brand new Acer, I can't see anything else running that alters themes.

I don't know if it was the right thing to do or not but putting wbload.exe into the startup folder does make it start on boot.
