[Bug][0.77] Spell Chaos effects persist after tactical combat.

I discovered that effects like Strengthen and Weakness caused by the Chaos spell persist after tactical combat. This caused my Sovereign's strength to permanently drop to 3 and one of my champion's strength go up to 27.
