0.77 BUG: Quest Broken: Varda, Kill the guardian statues

I went on a quest to explore some ancient city, I had the option to flee or fight the golems. I chose fight

I got dumped back in main map with a quest saying:

"Varda

Kill the guardian statues"

No golems ever spawned. Reloaded and tried again 2 more times with same result.
