[BUG x2] Army with 0HP & Docks placement

Hi,

I have save with 2 bugs, but cannot attach it here, it seems.

Bug 1 - I casted whither in combat on Darkling Riders army. Surprisingly, one unit was killed - I think it was shaman. After I won the battle, I still have the army on strategy map - with 0 HP. 

edit: I wasnt able to enf turn, I had to reload the game.

Bug 2 - I have city right at the borders with cold lands. there is also a river, bending further into the cold - i am basically just at the curve. I cannot build any buildings into the "cold" territory, however if I want to build docks, it offers me to build them in that frozen occupied land.
