[Bug/Quest] Tournament *Spoilers*

Missing Reward & Corrupted Save

Fought through the first 2 rounds of the tournament.  Third guy pledged his loyalty to me if I withdrew from the tournament to spare his life.  I didn't.  Killed him.  Arena guy offered me a bonus round with the reward of training my smiths to make masterwork weapons.  I took it .  Beat the Obsidian Golems.  Quest ends.  The game didn't crash but I didn't get the original quest reward (sword).  I did get the masterwork weapons for new units.  Quit within 3 turns.  Can't reload autosaves they are corrupted.
