[Graphics] Remove ugly dotted gridlines

These lines:

 

 

Are really visually unappealing. I actually thought I was having some sort of graphical corruption because of they way they look when zoomed out a bit, as they are present on the main map. I realize you can turn off the grid in the tac map, but that's not much of a solution. I don't see what point they serve, other than busying up the grid and creating some weird distortion when zoomed on the main map.

 

Zooming out causes them to simply muddy up the textures when viewed from a distance, please get rid of them.

Just to be clear -- there's an option to turn off the grid entirely.  I happen to like the dotted ones for building placement.  Would it suffice to have a separate option to just turn off the dotted ones?

I'm aware of the grid option, I mentioned it in my post, I just want an option to get rid of the dotted gridlines.
