What's going on with Stardock tech supprot?

Twice recently I have submitted tickets after forum posts didn't produce fixes for me.  Both times I was asked to run a program that gathers info on my system and email the results back to support.  Also both times, the only other communication I received was an email saying if I didn't respond within 48 hours the ticket would be closed.  Disregarding the fact I was the last to respond to the ticket, the first was closed.  I've managed to keep the second one open by simply adding a response every 2 days asking for an update, but for neither ticket did I receive any help after the initial request to return my system information.

What you are describing Is that we are not getting your response and, after three days of no response from you the ticket is close by the system.

 

What is the ticket # (s) and we can take a look.

Here's the later of the two:  ZEA-953-17450  When I didn't get a response to the first, I solved it by reinstalling Windows.

I did as the tech email suggested, running SFC and and posted a screenshot and log file.  Unfortunately, it still crashes.
