What's going on with Stardock tech supprot?
Twice recently I have submitted tickets after forum posts didn't produce fixes for me. Both times I was asked to run a program that gathers info on my system and email the results back to support. Also both times, the only other communication I received was an email saying if I didn't respond within 48 hours the ticket would be closed. Disregarding the fact I was the last to respond to the ticket, the first was closed. I've managed to keep the second one open by simply adding a response every 2 days asking for an update, but for neither ticket did I receive any help after the initial request to return my system information.
