I would like to say that the larger the window gets the more sluggish it becomes, the smaller the window the smoother it is.

 

Intel Core i7 960 3.2ghz

12gb DDR3 1600mhz RAM

ATI Radeon HD5770 Vapor-x graphics card.

 

Also, Single monitor (20") 1600x900
