Help needed

I also purchased full program last night about the same time and have yet to recieve download links or registration numbers.Same question, when can I expect to hear from stardock about my purchase?

You can download Stardock purchases directly from the My Downloads page on the store by logging in with the account used to purchase them.

no you cant the log in isnt working  or the look up your order

i allso had a reply from stardock and replyed to them straight away still no reply back 

The store system does appear to be working from here. If you're unable to log in with the same credentials as previously, support should be able to get things sorted for you.

I just signed in at the my downloads page link you posted and sign in was successful but it said no registrations availible.

I took a look at your ticket, and we responded on the 6th, but haven't gotten anything since, so it's possible your reply got lost along the way.  In any case, I looked at your account, and everything is registered properly.  Make sure you're using the same email address you used to purchase it, and try logging in again.  Here's the link again if you need it:

It's possible your order was stuck in the parser, and didn't get pushed through until recently.  All's well that ends well, I guess!

I have a q how do you get to know when new copys off the softwere come out i have the full prog object desktop

in the theme manager prog i tryed to download a theme a message came up saying assocate a prog to open this file in default progs im lost on this  i noticed the prog only has 3 demo s in it   cant you point me to were to und4rstand how to download the thems on your site via theme manager prog
