How to activate products

Hi,

I bought a Object Desktop subscription on the 16th. It did not show up under My Downloads. I immediately created a Support Ticket. On the 21st I got an answer that the problem was fixed. The software now shows up under My Downloads.

I downloaded WB and installed it. Upon starting the program a activation screen pops up. What am I supposed to enter there? All the software components show [No serial number required] as well as the Object Desktop entry itself.

I have updated my Support Ticket but have not received an answer, yet.

Ok ... I did checked mine and I have serials for the software ??

The Stardock office is going on Holidays,  so it's bad timing ...  :S

Whoever fixed the problem with my account did a horrendous job. First no entries at all and now entries without serials.

I don't have high hopes for this working but it might-

Try clearing your browser history, cache and cookies and then logging back into your products page.

There seems to be a problem on Stardock's end. They admitted to an error on their side in their reply to my ticket but did not fix it properly (or at all).

It looks like there as a database Issue.  It shpould be fixed now.  Let me know if it isn't.

Hi,

the serials show now. Thank you for the fix.

 

Edit: WB complains that it can not write the activation signature.

 

Edit2: Re-installing WB fixed it.
