Win7 Task/clock mouse over glow ?

Hi, i hope somewon can help, 

trying to get a mousover glow to the clock and task buttons, like aero standar

i have the effect on the show desktop button but i dont see how its made :P

ill add a screenshoot of the images i want as effect, 

hope somewon know anything about this and are abel to help me

I have no idea how to make Anything happen to the clock in Win7 except changing the font in various ways..... we made a thread about how to move the clock text, but no luck.

-On your other thread you say that everybody is doing Black Blinds now......

I disagree, most are doing Blue ones...you too ;P

The aero mouseover effect for taskbar tray elements is something that WB cannot replicate unfortunately.

 

For the taskbar buttons, though you are in luck. Here's what you need to do:

 

Firstly your taskbar button images need to be semi trans on the Activated and Highlighted and Activated states. The more transparent your button is, the more glow will shine through (70% opaque will give you a good visible glow)

Next you need to skin the mouseover mask. The images should be just the same as your button images, but solid black.

Yes think of it this way, Where black is on the masking image has transparent properties. You can only give the clock a glow constantly no mouse over effect unfortunately. As for moving the clock text, mess with the margins on tray section > text.

 think the ar planing somthing in the dev team to create a mousover effect to the clock, atleast the shud put it on the list for the next update. thats what they told on mirck .

 

 

yes i notis the clock potision , but i just moved the task bar and chage the font abit. a more anoying part is the task devider we cant move . to close to the clock if you dont use icons
