(RESOLVED)How do I get rid of the black block?
See url http://dl.dropbox.com/u/821016/Image1.jpg I checked the Url Box.bmp so it's not that or the search box image.

a little scant on the information here, anything you might want to add to aid those you're asking aid from?
*edit* okay I'll take a shot out of the blue, change the black to "magic pink" 255 0 255
PawlBarker, gmc2 is correct - the info posted is scant.
Please post the info in the "About" tab in Windowblinds config, and which skin you're attempting to apply... also which browser/version and/or app this appears with and you should check whether your video card drivers are up to date.
You might also open a ticket with SD support (support@stardock.com) and keep the autoreply. Don't answer the autoreply, and don't send additional email until you hear from a support person as doing so will kick your request to the end of the queue.
It's windowblinds 7.3 the app is windows mail that comes with Vista. The skin is mine I'm working on.
it really helps if you post the picture here in the forums. I use photobucket. you can copy the link directly into the post so that everyone can see rather than going to an offsite link. you might even be able to with drop box? by inserting the link in the window that open up when you click in the tree symbol from the above icons, just saying.
what section and item of sks are you editing for this graphic? some programs don't respond to skinning well. are you attempting transparency, it's a bmp so transparency is obtained with "magic pink".
there are many people here who would help if they had more information to go by. I know it must be frustrating but hang in there.
Sorry I thought I had posted a dropbox link here it is http://dl.dropbox.com/u/821016/Image1.jpg
Post me a link in a PM I'll apply to see if I get the same results.
to me it looks like maybe you have missed a stray pixel or two and that is the result.
option two, maybe your using a png image and havent checked the "this image uses transparency"
painting margins could be another issue.
yeap it was a pixel issue thanks
your most welcome
