Alternative to double click on desktop?

Hi,

I have another installed program, the excellent Directory Opus, which uses double click on the desktop. Is there an alternative available for the Fences feature?

In DOpus, you can disable the activate by double clicking the desktop and then pin DOpus the taskbar.

Right click on the systray icon> Preferences... then take a look at my screen shot.
