Boxed set?

I notice that Stardock gives you the option to buy either just a digital download or a digital download + boxed set.  That is a great feature and I wish more companies offered it.

I have a couple of questions about it:

(1)  How much does shipping of the box cost?  Specifically to Australia?

(2)  Does the box come with a CD/DVD?  In 10 years time, two PCs later, when I have the urge to pull out a dusty old copy of Demigod and play it, will I be able to install it?

Any chance of getting an answer to #1 please?  I'm in Australia and I really would prefer a boxed set if possible, but I don't want to pay the earth for it.
