windowssblind not working

this suks

i restarted n everything but windowsblind still says

WindowBlinds is not installed correctly on this PC.  If you did not reboot after installing WindowBlinds 7 for the first time, then please reboot and try this again.Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

tonyhuynh did you reboot the computer after installing the trial version of WindowBlinds as tells you to do?

 EDIT:  Sorry I miss read your post.  Have you ever had a trial version of WindowBlinds on the computer before?

Make sure you have disabled any security software while installing, and make sure you are admin of the PC.

Philly0381: I don't think that would cause this, as it would just tell him it's expired.  It's possible the installer was corrupted.  Follow Island Dog's advice with security software, uninstall/reboot, then redownload the installer to a different location and try again.
