Multiplicity loses mouse cursor on second monitor

Okay.. So i've been having this problem for awhile now. Recently i changed from a desktop to a laptop for my second machine, and after finally getting it to actually connect (turns out it was the firewall) i have another problem

What happens is while Multiplicity connects just fine and while it SEEMS like the mouse goes to the next screen (Computer - laptop 2) it doesn't actually move the mouse around at all. I can't seem to click on anything, the mouse doesn't move, i can move the mouse with the pad on the laptop but with the 'main' mouse from the primary computer it doesn't do anything.

To add to that i can't 'pull' the mouse back onto the main machine either, i ahve to use the mouse button 4 to get it to jump back, otherwise it gets 'stuck' over there - where it can do nothing at all.

I'm wondering if anyone has tun into this problem before or might know how to troubleshoot it? Google isnt being very helpful but its an unfortunately kind of specific problem.

I have been having a similar issue. the mouse sometimes starts acting erratic on the secondary machine and moves around by itself and is hard to control. secondly features like copy and paste don't seem to work even when the mouse is working correctly. Support is looking into it but its not priority for them. Ill let ya know if they are able to fix and post the solution.

I am using this in a "trial" version. So far I have been very impressed with two exceptions. The first is what you mentioned the erratic or missing mouse pointer. The second is the mouse seems to hang if I extend the pointer all the way to the edge of the screen. It seems to pause there and then releases itself.

As I said, I am very impressed but these two issues may keep me with the hardware KVM solution.
