i recently had my computer reformatted and no longer have the downloaded expansion packs i paid for. as i understand it i should be able to redownload them as my ip address hasnt changed and i shouldnt have to buy them, or am i completely off the mark here?
Install Impuse and log in. Under the MyGames tab you should see both of the expansions and you should be able to download them again. Having the same IP doesn't mean anything.
I have the same problem... I bought them a while back, but they aren't even showing up under mygames on this computer. They did on my old one.
Verify that you are logged in on Impulse when you run it, use the email that you registered your games under as your user name if your usual user name isn't working. (Blue button top left corner, change log in option) If they still fail to show up...
