Can't find color pallet for window section

from Stardock Forums

Hi,

I just bought WindowBlinds and am playing with SkinStudio and I am having trouble finding how to change a certain section of a window. My example below is from a random skin I pulled and it shows IE9. I want to change the light blue color around the buttons and address bar. How can I do this?

 

I could not find a way to post the pic so here is the link to it.

Can't change that, I know, I hate it too.

The buttons can be changed. Those are the toolbar buttons. You can find them here: Edit Controls/Edit Toolbar Controls/Button and Toolbar Style Menubar Button.

hmm, OK well I will look at the buttons anyway. Maybe I can get it to look half decent if I change those.

I knew that, just thought it humorous. we have seemed to be getting a lot of spam lately though.
