Custom factions not appearing in next new game

Bug (in versions b-c):  I created @ 15 or so custom kingdoms/empires & started a game, it played with all factions I had selected to be in the game (@ 20-30 of them).

         2nd game I started, my custom factions never showed in the 'join participating kingdoms/empires' screen in game setup. 

         The problem did not fix itself after upgrading to version c

         This problem has happened on two seperate machines with different specs & windows programs

Open the xml found in your documents/my games/elemental/race folder. Change <Alignment>Neutral</Alignment> into <Alignment>Good</Alignment> or <Alignment>Evil</Alignment> (good for kingdom, evil for empires).

 

Edit:  It will not allow me to change the print from 'neutral', it's as though it's a read only deal - know  how to pass this?
