WindowsXP - Anyone Plz Help!!!

I have a problem. I've been looking for a few months now at all these windowsxp skinz and i keep investigating other peoples opinions about what shell customizing systems to use. Many have said negative comments about all of them, and quite frankly im just looking for the right customizing application that will have a windowsxp theme, totally complete with no glitches, all icons,no problems or glaring cpu usage. Thats all i want but i cant find the right one. Could anyone tell me what to get the best possible program and where the theme for windowsxp ( The real one please) is? I really want to convert my desktop to the WindowsXP one, without actallu buying one. My computer has win98 2nd edition if it helps. Someone PLEASE HELP ME.

I would prefer if someone would e-mail me with the name of the program and urls or links of where i can download everything, i know this sounds as if i am just making everyone do the work for me, but ive had a horrible experience trying to install and uninstall themes and programs, reformat, reformat etc. So PLEASE sumone help me!!!
