[1.20] City HUD Data Wrong Compared to City Card

1.20 issue.

Note the HUD states the city is Gilden with some crazy name. The city was never Gilden - it was Capitar and I stole it from him early in the game. I renamed it to Capital2 (as you can see from the card).
