How do I extract icons from icon packager?

I wanted to put the Zippo icons in Object Dock and I couldn't. There seems to be a new system in place or something? I used to be able to just see the icons in the folder, now all of them are in on file.

Yeah, it was changed not that long ago. You can use IconDeveloper to get them...
