downloaded blinds don't show up in window blinds program

I have downloaded and installed several blinds themes and installed them. However, most can't be accessed in the windowblinds program themes choices, but they are present in the correct file. Any suggestions, please. Thanks for the help with my program install problem. ur help got me going. I use windowsXP.

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on About WindowBlinds. Copy the information that comes up and post it here.

Also, try clicking the option "Rebuild List" under the tab "Skin Options" in the WB Config window.
