Uploads say: waiting for approval then never show up again (no recieved emails from wincustomize))

Does anyone know if its my computer in some way not "seeing" or even uploading the file? Does wincustomize send an email if they don't accept ur wallpaper?

Fuzzy - a better (less inflamatory) phrase might be:

"your kind offer to have Wincustomize host your work has been declined, but you are welcome to submit further works for our concideration"
