[1.19j] Tactical Combat - Guardian Aura Spell Debuffs if Dodge is Negative

If your dodge is negative the Guardian Aura spell makes it worse by decreasing dodge by 50% instead of making it better. Please see below. Before I cast the spell I was -6 dodge but -9 afterwards.
