1.19iBUG- Inferno spell not working as description

It dealt 5 damage to each unit instead of 10 damage.

If I keep the troop on the same tile the next turn. The Inferno does not do additional 10 damage for each unit troop on the tile.

The spell was still there on the tile after 10 seasons.

This is because the <ApplyToTile> tag does not work, as well as bad coding and / or documentation. This spell should be removed from the game.
