I suddenly cannot get any of my fences balloons to move.
Everything else seems fine but I cannot modify the fences themselves at all.
Please assist.
Please ensure that you don't have "Lock Fences" enabled. You can check by right-clicking on your desktop -> View -> Lock Fences.
