Just downloaded 1.2 noticed bugs

1. Detect Mines range for all scouts has been increased to 6,000 from 5,000. This should make it easier to clear out mine fields, assuming your ship doesn't jump in right on top of one.

*The range was increased but the effect was not at least for the TEC. scouts will use the ability with no effect on the mine they were aiming for.

Scouts will not attack the mines. Just detect them. Not a bug.

Scouts detect within the old range but use the new range for the mines they detect, so the mine they target at the edge of their range does not become detected causing them sit there requireing manual movement and detection.

increase ability and buff ranges for single player playing, keep old files for MP.

Scouts will/did attack the mines though.  Hell, they still do half the time.  But I noticed that they do sometimes stall out now, when near the new detection range.  The ability to reveal the mines doesn't seem to always trigger correctly at the new maximum range.

I'd consider this a bug personally, I don't see any reason why the scout shouldn't attack the mine 100% of time.

No ones pointed out the other real bug yet though with 1.2...

It's a bug with an ability they changed with 1.2.

Honestly you've been going on about this since the patch came out. If its not something exploitable just tell us, though if its not as amusing as the Kol asteroid cannon I'm going to be quite disappointed. :P

Good point, you will probably be disappointed I just find it humorous that Ironclad wasn't very thorough with some of the ability/buff changes. 

But yes, it is exploitable, so I'm not really for pointing it out. I'll probably email ironclad since they haven't caught it yet.
