Does Descapes pause when the system turns off the monitors?

I'd like to know if Deskscapes pauses automatically when the system shuts off the display(s) as per power settings or does it continue to run with the screens off eating CPU?

I would like to know this and this should be done if it's not being done. Even if desktop is showing and monitor turns off, DeskScapes should pause. Anyone will clarify please?

Yes. It'll be the same as a screensaver.....when the screen is off so is it...;)
